Our tumbling program is designed to help athletes build strength, coordination, and confidence through safe, progressive skill development. Each level focuses on mastering proper technique before advancing to more challenging skills, allowing every athlete to progress at their own pace.

Recreational Class Options

INTRODUCTION TO TUMBLING

Ages 3–5
This fun, engaging class introduces young athletes to the basics of tumbling and body control. Using age-appropriate equipment, athletes learn body shapes, balance, and beginning skills in a playful, structured environment.

LEVEL WHITE

Ages 6+
Perfect for beginners, this class introduces tumbling fundamentals such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, and handstand drills. Athletes will also begin learning to fall into a bridge and work toward bridge kickovers.

LEVEL SILVER

Ages 10+
Designed for older beginners, this class bridges the gap between Level White and Level Blue. Athletes work on rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, bridge kickovers, and front and back walkovers while improving overall coordination and strength.

LEVEL BLUE

Ages 6+
Athletes in this level build on foundational skills and begin learning more complex movements, including falling into a bridge, bridge kickovers, round-offs, and front and back walkovers. Focus is placed on form, control, and body awareness.

LEVEL PINK

Ages 6+
This class develops power and connection between skills. Athletes work on power round-offs, back handsprings, connected skill combinations, and drills for back tucks. Proper technique and strength are key focuses for continued progression.

LEVEL GOLD

Ages 6+
For advanced tumblers ready to refine elite-level skills, this class includes back and front tucks, aerials, layout drills, Arabian drills, and other high-level progressions. Athletes continue to develop precision, power, and body control for advanced tumbling success.
