Applicants must have exceptional people skills, the ability to perform under pressure, love working with children, and the desire to build a career with our gym. Class and group management working with children is beneficial.

We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at our gym.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Vulnerable sector check (for 18+)
  • Able to work a majority of evenings and some weekends
  • Applicants must be 16 years of age with a minimum of one year of relevant coaching experience

Tumbling/Gymnastics Coach

A Tumbling Coach is responsible for teaching safe, progressive tumbling skills to athletes. They create structured lesson plans, provide hands-on spotting, and ensure proper technique and injury-prevention practices. The coach fosters a positive, motivating environment, supports athlete confidence and development, and upholds the gym’s standards for safety, professionalism, and team culture. Assigned classes are determined by the coach’s experience and qualifications.

Cheerleading Coach

A Cheerleading Coach is responsible for creating a positive, encouraging environment where athletes feel supported, motivated, and excited to grow. They lead training in stunts, jumps, tumbling, and performance while prioritizing safety, technique, and confidence-building. The coach fosters teamwork, celebrates progress, and helps each athlete feel valued, contributing to an uplifting and memorable experience both on and off the mat. Assigned teams/classes are determined by the coach’s level of experience and demonstrated capability.
